Fish Tacos

Fish
1-2 lbs of flaky white fish

Spice rub for fish (approx)
1/2 tsp tumeric
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp chipotle powder
1 tsp ancho powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika

Mix spices and pat onto both sides of fish. Let sit for 10-15 minutes. Cook in oiled pan until fish is flaky and opaque in middle.

Sauce – mix:
whole milk yogurt
sour cream
lime
chipotle powder
ancho powder
sriracha

Veggies
shredded cabbage or lettuce
cilantro
green onion
chopped radish
chopped carrots
cubed avocado

Serve on grilled flour or corn tortillas
